No return calls made by the pharmacy, despite numerous voice mails left over several days. Rude and unconcerned when I finally reached them. The equipment pick up boy proceeded to bang the metal bed parts against the furniture, lead glass door and the wooden floors during the dismantling and removal process. Also unconcerned and unapologetic about scratches and damage. Would suggest that you use anyone other than Anchor.
This is the most non-responsive company I have ever dealt with. I have called several times. You get a pleasant voice saying we will get back to you - but they do not - horrible service .
If I could have given no stars I would have. Truly one of the worst experiences of customer service I’ve ever encountered. Lady at the front desk was pleasant but one of the female pharmacist was absolutely unprofessional. Had a prescription called in on a Friday, arrive the following Tuesday afternoon to pick it up, and they had not filled it let alone printed it. Traveling with family my dad was missing his gasket for his cpap. They had one , held it for me. Was kind and communicative. So appreciate their help to travelers in need.
I only recived one mask when i went to pick up my re stock of cpap masks, i waited until the next time i could get my cpap supplies, they told me they dont carry that mask anymore and to try a different one so i did, i didnt like it so i wanted to exchange i was told i wouldnt need an appointment but when i showed up they told me i needed an appointment and i was unable to come in time with an appointment so bow they wont exchange my mask and im stuck using the same original cpap mask for almost a year.
