I tried two companies before this one. Anchor was amazing from my first call until set up with my CPAP. Can not say enough good things. Thank you Vee for taking good care of me!!
My experience was so great. The last cpap machine was so old getting the documents was extremely difficult. But Jasmine was so diligent and made it happen!!! She was always positive that she could make it happen. And she did!! Thank you to all who worked on this!
Don't answer the phone, don't return calls. Need new CPAP supplies and there's nowhere else around here to get them. Poor customer service, if any at all.
No return calls made by the pharmacy, despite numerous voice mails left over several days. Rude and unconcerned when I finally reached them. The equipment pick up boy proceeded to bang the metal bed parts against the furniture, lead glass door and the wooden floors during the dismantling and removal process. Also unconcerned and unapologetic about scratches and damage. Would suggest that you use anyone other than Anchor.
If I could have given no stars I would have. Truly one of the worst experiences of customer service I’ve ever encountered. Lady at the front desk was pleasant but one of the female pharmacist was absolutely unprofessional. Had a prescription called in on a Friday, arrive the following Tuesday afternoon to pick it up, and they had not filled it let alone printed it.
