I love the staff! Really feels like family there.
Most of the women that work here are rude. Nothing gets done about it. Since we started going to them last year, I have been charged copays on my kids meds, when they should be NO copay due to Medicaid. I did a few months of reimbursement back. I message them on FB Messenger if I have an issue with anything and some smart butt, hearted my message that I'm thinking about leaving this pharmacy, once I get all of my kids copay reimbursements. Woods has a very clean, comfortable feel. The employee's are more like family. I've never had to wait or stand in line too long. I like so much more than my last drug store, walgreens!
Just moved here. They transferred all our prescriptions from another state. Travis was great! Called me to make sure of my dosage times and even packaged our meds by dosage! Made customers out of us
