Mesilla Valley Pharmacy is by far, without a doubt, the most outstanding pharmacy that I have ever encountered. The staff is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. They process scripts promptly and are fully staffed to assist customers. Kudos to the owner and entire staff!
My first experience with MVP was not a positive one which is unfortunate. Upon entering the pharmacy as the only customer with 7 staff people working, I was completely ignored for my first few minutes, no greeting whatsoever. Upon returning home to start my new RX I caught that the dispensing instructions were twice the amount of the dosage my doctor had discussed with me when deciding on this medication. Everything about this pharmacy is top notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The pharmacy is CLEAN. They have a wonderful front end selection of products. I trust this pharmacy with my children’s medications. They have never failed to keep me apprised of status and the pharmacists make consultation easy. We use their compounding service frequently and I can’t believe we’ve never had something like this in town before. On top of all of this Mesilla Valley Pharmacy is a true community member.
