The girl was really rude answering the phone and had me on hold forever so I hung up and drove all the way over there because my prescription should’ve been ready I just wanted to verify and even though they’re hours say open at 9 when I got there the same girl with an attitude told me that the pharmacy isn’t open till 11. Okay would be nice if you guys had that on your website or at least over the phone!

It must be that they are so super busy because of the Rite Aid closures, but they hadn't even started on my order from yesterday by closing time and the 2 people I talked to on my phone calls didn't inspire alot of confidence in their competency. I came down with lung inflammation and need these meds!

Me and my parents have been going to Rancho for a few years now. Both Amy, and the owner Steve, have been so incredibly kind to us. All the other workers are also kind. This is a well-run pharmacy. They're consistent and fair. They always try to make sure medications are in stock. They really care about their customers. Honestly, pharmacies like this are so rare. First and foremost the store was very clean customer service was ok , but why I went in was one of those "oh I'll go over here to save time and as it was not what happened, they advertise that they ship for ups yet I took a return for Amazon and they say they don't do returns with QR code ????????
