If I could give less stars I would! The way this place treated my mom today was disgraceful at best! No one in my family will ever be back this place. All she wanted to do was find her phone and was treated like some kind of criminal!!! EVEV AFTER SHE SPENT MONEY! The “owner” was even demanding that she give him our address!! The owner of this place needs a lesson in customer service! Because of him and the way he treated my disabled mom she is now having such bad panic attacks that she won’t even leave the house!!! It took us 2.5 years to get her to go out in public after her TBI and now we are back to square one!!! Thanks for NOTHING Valley Drug! Hope you have the life you deserve!
The management is inconsiderate and rude. They profiled my girlfriend as a thief after she had purchased items from this establishment and called the cops on her, only to have the cops indicated that management was in the wrong. I do not support any organization or establishment that operates with such a heinous, biased agenda.
I have used this pharmacy for about a year now and after today will NEVER be back. The OWNER was horrible to me even called the cops on me because I lost my phone and was looking for it. He even was mocking me while I was crying !! Long story short after spending $50 i left relizied i had lost my phone , went back to look for it and he said i was making him nervous keep in mind i am 5 foor and weight in at 88 lbs NOT AT ALL THREATENING he told me to leave or he woud call the cops. The supposed owner of this place is a joke!! He is rude and mouthy and even makes fun of people!! If you don't want to be made fun or have the cops called on you then DONT use this place ! Sad really can't even support locals because they don't know how to act right!! What a shame.. wish I could leave 0 stars
